On behalf of my family and I, I would just like to acknowledge how blessed we feel to have had my father reside at Cherry Brook Health Care Center for his rehabilitation. There is not one staff member that we encountered that was less than professional. I need to make a special acknowledgment to one of my father’s nurses, Andrea. She took the time to listen to my concerns on my father’s first full night there and the history of what happened to him prior to his arrival. Without her follow-up to the providers, I truly believe he would not be here today. She was the catalyst that led to his recovery. I left Cherry Brook every night feeling a sense of peace knowing he was well taken care of. Being in healthcare myself, I will be the first to admit that I am very critical of the care my family receives. They not only took great care of my father but also made sure we were treated well too. Cherry Brook Health Care Center and all the great staff we encountered far exceeded our expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I came to Cherry Brook Health Care Center for rehabilitation by chance. All the staff have been very friendly and wonderful. The staff have continued to be friendly and courteous. To express my appreciation for the rehab department, I presented them with cookies from Freund’s bakery.
